Shipping + Returns

Each year Elf Magic helps Santa place thousands of magical Elves and related items in homes all over the world. The Elf Magic elves inspect each item before it leaves Santa’s workshop. Why? Because we do not want a single one of Santa’s friends to experience the disappointment of receiving a damaged or defective Elf or accessory, especially after anxiously awaiting its arrival! We offer quality merchandise and the Elves are very discriminating in their selection of materials, manufacturers and design professionals. We want you satisfied and seek nothing less than your total satisfaction. In effort to assure this, the Elves will work diligently to achieve this goal. Santa will settle for nothing less!

No returns will be processed without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will not be credited. On any refused shipments, customer will be charged round trip freight and any applicable restocking fees. (see Return Shipping Instructions below)

UPS Service Guarantee

The guarantee is suspended for UPS® Ground and UPS® Standard packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24.
Peak-season service guarantees: UPS® Air Services and international shipments picked up or delivered within the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. Commitment times for UPS Air Services and international shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 27, Dec. 18-24, and Dec. 31. Returns within 7 Days of receiving your order:

The customer must contact Elf Magic stating that they want to make a return and the package must be received within 7 days of delivery. (see Return Shipping Instructions below). If not completely satisfied Elf Magic will make an exchange or issue a full refund credit (less shipping and handling), back to the customer within 10 days of the returned item arriving at Elf Magic. The returned items must be in the Original Unopened Packaging. The Elf must be in its original undamaged box with all accessories, tie-downs and packing materials included.

The returned item further must not show signs of abuse or wear and cannot be soiled. The cost of shipping returns in all cases other than manufacturing defect will be the responsibility of the customer. Items should be shipped to Elf Magic as insured packages that can be tracked. We suggest that you use either UPS or FedEx for shipping. (see Return Shipping Instructions below)

Returns after 8 days and upon or prior to 30 days of receiving your order:

The customer must contact Elf Magic stating that they want to make a return and the package must be received within 8-30 days of delivery. Because the return is outside the 7 days, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. (See Return Shipping Instructions below) If not completely satisfied Elf Magic will make an exchange or issue a refund credit (less shipping and the 20% restocking fee), back to the customer within 10 days of the returned item arriving at Elf Magic. The returned items must be in the Original Unopened Packaging. The Elf must be in its original undamaged box with all accessories, tie-downs and packing materials included.

After 30 Days of receiving your order, we do NOT give refunds or exchanges on any item.

Manufacturing Defects

We will evaluate reported manufacturing or other defects on a case by case basis. If it is determined that there is a valid manufacturing or related defect, Elf Magic will send a replacement of the defective merchandise or accept the item back for a full refund of the purchase price. If it is determined that the defect is due to normal wear and tear or excessive or abusive treatment, we will return the item as-is to the customer based upon Elf Magic’s evaluation of the reported damage. The cost of shipping returns in all cases, other than manufacturing defect, will be the responsibility the customer. Items should be shipped to Elf Magic as insured packages that can be tracked. We suggest that you use either UPS or FedEx for shipping (See Return Shipping Instructions below)

Goods damaged in transit:

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, save all packages and damaged merchandise for UPS to inspect and call our office within 48 hours with the Invoice Number (found on your Sales Receipt) and tracking number(s) of damaged box(es). Elf Magic will issue a return authorization if necessary. Freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier.

We will be happy to process a claim on your behalf. Replacement product will be shipped to you upon verification and completion of your claim. Please provide complete information in your notification so that we can process your claim as quickly as possible. (i.e. order information, order number, shipping information, description of the damage)

Return Shipping Instructions

A return authorization number (RA) ) and the original invoice packing slip are required for your package return.

Steps for Returned Package(s):

    1. Contact Elf Magic at returns@elf-magic.com or phone at (770) 394-8100 to obtain a return authorization number. Please provide complete information in an e-mail or phone notification so the return can be processed in a timely fashion. (ie. order information, invoice number)
    2. Fill in all information on the back of the invoice packing slip (click here for example), place in original box or envelope with product(s) and seal.
    3. Clearly mark the return authorization number (RA) on the outside of the package.
    4. A package(s) will not be accepted without the RA number. The package(s) will be promptly returned to sender without opening.
    5. Returns should be shipped to Elf Magic as insured packages that can be tracked. We suggest that you use either UPS or FedEx for shipping. We will not be responsible for returned packages until we receive them.
