Important Delivery Note…
Once an order has been placed; it will be loaded directly into Santa's sleigh. NO changes can be made and the order cannot be canceled.
All orders placed before 2:30 PM (EST) will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday) except for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. No orders will ship on these Holidays. NOTE: Any order placed after 2:30 PM (EST) on Friday will not ship out until Monday.
NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY!!
UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Elf Magic Shipping Policies
January-December: Orders ship daily Monday- Friday. (see UPS Holiday Schedule for exceptions)
Orders received before 2:30 PM (EST) will ship the same day.
Orders received after 2:30 PM (EST) will ship the next business day.
NOTE: Friday afternoon orders will not ship until the following Monday.
Delivery calculation starts on the first business day after the order is shipped (business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays, weekends, or natural disasters i.e. sever snow storms, flooding, etc). Use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date. All orders go immediately into the system for shipping and, depending on the time order was placed, will ship either that day or the next business day. UPS residential ground service does not have a guaranteed delivery day. UPS 3 day select, 2nd day air, and Next Day delivery calculation starts on the first business day after the order is shipped and are guaranteed. Do not include the day the order ships, weekends, or holidays as shipping days. Non-delivery by UPS because of a natural disaster or error in shipping address entered by customer is beyond our control and not grounds for a refund.
For faster service guaranteed by UPS it is suggested you upgrade your shipping to one of the UPS guaranteed shipping selections (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air), or UPS International Expedited service. Shipping times are UPS's guarantees based on the accuracy of the delivery address and weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by UPS canceling pickups or deliveries or delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
Most ground orders in the continental USA take between 1 and 5 business days in route, this does not include weekends, holiday or days UPS cancels shipping because of natural disasters (severe snow storms, flooding etc.). Due to the high volume of packages during the holiday season, and no ability to guarantee ground shipping please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Shipping and Handling Charges
We Ship using United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping and Handling fees are based on both the weight of your total order and the desired "ship to" location. The minimum shipping and processing rate is around $9.00. Rush shipping is available for most orders and addresses at an additional cost. UPS ground delivery dates are NOT guaranteed they are estimates only. Delivery calculation starts on the first business day after the order is shipped. Orders placed after 2:30 PM (EST) will not ship until the following business day. Use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date. To insure proper tracking and delivery of your order, an accurate delivery and email address MUST be submitted correctly. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
Standard and rush shipping to areas outside the United States requires additional charges and can be calculated through the website. Shipping outside the United States sometimes requires additional charges to the standard shipping and processing rates. Canadian Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay customs and duties on each shipment. UPS also assesses a Brokerage Fee for handling the paperwork for customs. Charge is based on value and weight of shipment. The order may require shipping in multiple boxes with duties and taxes applied to each box.

Labor Day September 3, 2012 (No Deliveries or Pickup)
Thanksgiving - November 22, 2012 (No Deliveries or Pickup)
Day after Thanksgiving - November 23, 2012 (Next Day Delivery Only and No Pickup)
Christmas – December 21, 2012 is the last day before Christmas for normal pickup and
Delivery Christmas Eve - December 24, 2012 (Regular Delivery day, No Pickup)
Christmas Day - December 25, 2012 (No Deliveries or Pickup)
New Year's - December 28, 2012 (Regular Delivery Day and Pickup)
New Year's Eve – December 31, 2012 (Air Deliveries Only, No Pickup)
New Year’s Day – January 1, 2013 (No Deliveries or Pickup)
UPS Peak-Season Service Guarantees:
Commitment times for air and international shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 23, Dec. 18-24 and Dec. 31. UPS air and international shipments picked up or delivered in the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24. Time-in-transit notes:
On UPS Holidays November 22, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 – there is no movement of ANY packages tendered to UPS. Also Nov. 23, December 24 and December 31 are considered for the purpose of the UPS Service Guarantee as a transit day for “UPS Air and International packages” ONLY.
